There are 2 field locations, both in Poolesville, MD.

The Mixed Division will be playing at the Capital Polo Club (a.k.a. the "South Bay"), 14660 Hughes Road, Poolesville MD 20837.

The Open and Women's Divisions will be playing at the Potomac Polo Club (18410 Beallsville Rd., Poolesville, MD 20837), which contains 2 sets of fields, the "Upper Bay" and the "Lower Bay"

Note: From most locations, the fields are reached from I-270 Exit 15B (Route 118 South). The local hotels are all located along the I-270 corridor at several exits. Locals (i.e. folks from DC/Baltimore area not staying in hotels) may prefer to take Exit 6B from I-270). Directions from the various locations are provided to Exit 15B. Directions are also provided from both Exit 15B and 6B to the fields.

Directions to Fields
From the Holiday Inn Tournament Hotel (estimated drive time 30 min):
  • Turn Right out of the hotel onto Rt 124 West (Montgomery Village Rd)
  • Continue on MD-124 (becomes Quince Orchard Rd) for approximately 3.5 miles
  • Turn Right on Rt 28 West/Darnestown Rd
    To South Bay Fields (Mixed Division):
  • Drive approximately 5.7 miles
  • Turn left on Rt. 107 (White's Ferry Road) and go approximately 3.5 miles
  • Turn left on Budd Road and go 1.5 miles
  • At the stop sign, turn left onto Hughes Road
    To Upper and Lower Bay Fields (Open and Women):
  • Drive approximately 11 miles
  • Turn Left on Beallsville Rd./Rt 109 (at stoplight)
  • Upper Bay Fields are on Left just after Horse Arena (app 1 mile)
  • For Lower Bay Fields, continue on Beallsville Rd and turn Left on Jerusalem Rd
  • Lower Bay fields are on Left (app 1/4 mile)
From I-270 Exit 15B (estimated drive time 20 minutes):
  • Take Exit 15B/MD-118 South toward Germantown
  • Follow MD 118 South (Germantown Road) approximately 6 miles
  • Turn Right on Rt 28 West/Darnestown Road
    To South Bay Fields (Mixed Division)
  • Drive approximately 2.7 miles
  • Turn left on Rt 107 (White's Ferry Road) and go approximately 3.5 miles
  • Turn Left on Budd Road and go 1.5 miles
  • At the Stop sign, turn left onto Hughes Road
  • Fields are 1 mile ahead on the right
    To Upper and Lower Bay Fields (Open and Women)
  • Drive approximately 8 miles
  • Turn Left on Beallsville Rd/Rt 109 (at stoplight)
  • Upper Bay Fields are on Left just after Horse Arena (app 1 mile)
  • For Lower Bay fields, continue on Beallsville Rd and turn Left on Jerusalem Rd
  • Lower Bay Fields are on Left (app 1/4 mile)
From I-270 Exit 6B (estimated drive time 25 minutes):
  • Take Exit 6B/MD-28 West onto W Montgomery Ave toward Darnestown
    To South Bay Fields (Mixed Division):
  • Follow MD-28 (Darnestown Road) approximately 11 miles
  • Turn Left on Rt 107 (White's Ferry Road) and go approximately 3.5 miles
  • Turn Left on Budd Road and go 1.5 miles
  • At the Stop sign, turn left onto Hughes Road
  • Fields are 1 mile ahead on the right
    To Upper and Lower Bay Fields (Open and Women):
  • Follow MD-28 (Darnestown Road) approximately 18 miles
  • Turn Left on Beallsville Rd/Rt 109 (at stoplight)
  • Upper Bay Fields are on Left just after Horse Arena (app 1 mile)
  • For Lower Bay fields, continue on Beallsville Rd and turn Left on Jerusalem Rd
  • Lower Bay Fields are on Left (app 1/4 mile)

    From North (Philadelphia, New York):
  • Take I-95 South toward Washington DC
  • Take Exit 27 onto I-495 West toward Silver Spring
  • Take Exit 35 onto I-270 North toward Frederick
  • Take Exit 15B/MD-118 South to go to fields (see directions above)
    From West (Pittsburgh, Cleveland):
  • Take I-70 East toward Baltimore/Washington DC
  • In Frederick, take Exit 53A onto I-270 South
  • Take Exit 15B/MD-118 South to go to fields (see directions above)
    From South (Virginia, North Carolina):
  • Take I-95 North toward Washington DC
  • As you approach Washington DC, take I-495 West toward Tysons Corners
  • Approximately 5 miles after you enter Maryland, take I-270 North toward Frederick
